I am trained by the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) and have gained the Diploma and Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. The LCCH is the largest school of clinical hypnotherapy in the UK and the recognised training body for the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. Their training is accredited by the UK university system and by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have taken post graduate training with the National Smoking Cessation Institute and regularly attend seminars and courses to keep me up to date with the latest developments.

I am a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) , a body whose aim is to promote and assure high standards in the profession of hypnotherapy. Membership demands strict standards of training and ongoing training, supervision, ethical practice, and professional indemnity insurance. I am also a member of the national Smoking Cessation Institute
